Returning equipment at end of contract

Hello,

My contract with BT has finished and I will be moving to a new provider I believe I need to return the hub and box but I can't seem to find any info on this. Is this info detailed on the website somewhere?

Once you have actually moved providers the button to return items will be available in your MyBT.
