I sent my router return on 21 August and apparently Royal Mail attempted to deliver to BT Returns on 24 August however delivery failed as "nobody in".
I cannot reschedule delivery as I don't have the card with the required information.
I assume Royal Mail will just try again. But how can nobody be in at the BT Returns department? Maybe RM just tried to deliver to the wrong place.

Call BT 0800.800.150 and explain to them what has happened along with your Proof of Postage/tracking number and they should be able to update your account that the item has been returned.
