I got a replacement hub a couple of weeks ago and returned the old hub to BT using the replacement hub packaging/box and BT returns label provided.
After checking the tracking reference number on Royal Mail's website, this was delivered on 17/4/2022; however upon checking my BT account, the old hub is still showing as awaiting return and was wondering when this will be updated.
In the meantime, I have today received a 2nd returns label with a white returns bag to return equipment; however I do not have any further equipment to return and am therefore a bit confused as to why I've been sent a 2nd returns label.
Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

It is presently taking three to four weeks for returned equipment to show on your account. If you have Proof of Postage you can call BT 0800.800.150 and they will update your account.
