Returning old equipment

I have old BT equipment from before I changed to Digital Voice and need to return it.  Can anyone give me a link to get a bag and QR code. Thanks

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send one out to you.

Make sure you keep a copy of your Proof of Posting and if possible take a photograph of it in case you somehow lose the paper copy.

I’m not getting through to a person on the phone as they have an infuriating interactive service. What would returning equipment fall under? I’ve wasted so much time already trying to this simple task done.

If you wish to speak to us about returning old equipment, when using the interactive visual text service select Home phone and broadband > Billing> For anything else and that will get you through to our billing team who can help with the equipment return.

When calling us you can also opt to use the audio menu rather than the text service, by selecting option 2 at the start rather than option 1.
