Returns Bag for BT equipment - Cannot find where to request

I need to send some equipment back to BT but they have not sent me a bag.

How do I go about getting one sent out please? I cannot find a link on my account?

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 Billing you can request that they send one out to you.
