Hi
I left BT and returned all my kit in the bag provided. I even packed the bag in a box to better protect it.
Today i have received an email saying that the smart hub is still outstanding and I will be charged £50 if I don't return it by the 25th.
Tried to contact BT but was on hold for over an hour with no answer.
Does anyone know how best to proceed with this?
