Hi I'm leaving BT in March and I've received an email stating I need to return the BT Halo 1 hub, however I can't find the link to get the white bag and print off a returns label, please can anyone help? Thank you Lucy.
BT will automatically send you one with the label in the post. You should note that there is no such thing as a BT Halo 1 Hub. It is a BT Smart Hub, Halo 1 is purely an add on benefit.
