Returns

Hi, 

 

Ive returned my BT equipment but I’m getting emails that I only have 6 days left to return it. 
I retuned it on 2/11 and it was delivered. 
what can I do about this? I don’t want to be charged for the equipment!

if you still have the proof of postage from the post office you sent it you can call bt when they open

they will want the tracking number (I have seen it called bar code number)

it looks something like this:

AA123456789AA

with that they should be able to find where it is and get is marked as returned for you.

I am sorry for the emails you're receiving about returning the equipment.  I understand from what you've said that you sent the equipment back at the beginning of November.  Did you obtain a proof of postage when you returned the equipment?

Give one of our guides in the helpdesk a call with the reference on your proof of postage and they'll mark it as returned for you.  You can reach them on 0330 1234 150.
