Hi, I’ve returned my equipment by Royal Mail and it is showing as delivered. However I’ve received an email regarding getting charged. Help!

Sorry that you're still getting chased to return the equipment when it has arrived back with us. You can call us on 0800 800 150 and customer services will be happy to check your tracking ref and mark the item as received back.
