I returned my hub 6 weeks ago , when Bt cancelled my 24 month package and sent me the returns bag ,they have recently emailed me again saying I need to return item or I will be billed .. I’ve tried ringing but the wait is such z long time and I work sone times lates .does anyone know another way of sn email I can to send proof of returns from the Postoffice to prove it was returned . Thank you
There is no way to email BT regarding returned equipment. You can ether wait until your account is updated or if you prefer you can call BT 0330.1234.150 with your Tracking details and they will update your account for you.
