This is Suresh Gopidi, recently moved to different provider for my home broadband.
This was my account number with BT ********.
I have returned the Kit in the same envelop provided by BT around 5-6 weeks ago via Royal Mail (Brackenvale Post Office)
using the prepaid stamp from BT. Unfortunately i have lost the Royal Mail confirmation slip. But now i am getting number of reminder emails as well as Text messages which really annoying me.
It would be good concern team trace back the same with Royal Mail and allow me to live peacefully. If they cant find any clue then I am okay to pay £50. But please stop sending me unnecessary reminder emails or text messages.

Hi, @sureshgopidi welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry you have reason to complain about the equipment return reminders you are getting, these are automatic and we can't stop them until the return of the equipment has been logged against your account.
