Returns

Why do bt keep telling me that they have not received their equipment , yet I have an email from them to say thank you for returning your equipment.      Then they say that they will bill me for the unreturned equipment.  And I have tried to find a email address for them but no luck ,what am I supposed to do.    Please help .

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Sending or your Proof of Receipt or the email they can update your account.

Thank you but I have tried to phone and get put into a queue, and told that you are so and so on the list and we will get ,and then I wait on the line for 30 mins .

You will just need to keep trying if you want them to update your account or you can just wait and see if their system catches up and they stop sending you the automated emails.
