Hi everyone, a fault of my own and didn’t have the money at the time to pay the direct debit a week ago which has now been paid.. I was wondering how long until it’s back on or if anyone can help because the wife is freaking as it’s her great uncles funeral in England and we have to watch it via stream and we’re we live there 4G is non-excistent so I’m the worst in the world this morning.. any help be very appreciated 🙏 @

BT normally reconnect you within 24 hours of the payment being processed. Bear in mind that it may take longer to process any payment over a weekend.
Openreach could not help as its a BT service issue.
You should not need to restart the BT home hub, but there is no harm in trying every couple of hours.
You may be able to find a local EE WiFi hotspot which you can connect to, although its possible the restriction may also apply to that.
you can try billing 'message us' and see if they can help but doubt any reconnection today
