My account is still controlled by BT/EE and I'm unsure about how to get it back to Microsoft's control my subscription has been expired can some please help. Im.not even sure to stop auto renew I just want my account back.
We no longer have customer account access here in the community. If you speak with our Customer Support team, they should be able to hep you try and get this sorted.
