Revert Xbox Game Pass to Microsoft

Hello! 

I've recently ended my BT Broadband service, which included an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. While my account appears to be fully closed down (and the last Game Pass renewal should have run out on 16th March) , my MS account still says Game Pass is managed by BT / EE, while the BT billing team have no visibility of Game Pass as an "asset" on my now closed account. I have a few promo codes I'd like to redeem over the next few months, so would appreciate any help in moving management of my account back to Microsoft.

Thank you for your post and welcome back!

I am sorry for the problems you're having with your Xbox Game Pass. I understand it still shows as managed by us even though the expiry date has passed.  We'll be able to pick up from here and help you out.
