Reward.Card
Hi
Claimed card in 20 May and only just found thr email in junk saying it needs to be activated! I was saving this to use on Christmas shopping and I am now getting an error message thus not being concerned as it was "claimed"!
I would appreciate if you could assist me with this matter. I was under the impression it only needed claimed thus was done so in a timely fashion I just didn't get round to step 2 of activation!
My Christmas Dinner is riding on this!
I'd appreciate any help that you could give me!!

If it was not activated, then its no good any more.

"The important bit - use it or lose it
Once we issue your card you have 12 months to use it. If you don't use it within this time, we'll remove any money that's left on it.
You have three months to activate your card from the time your product or service goes live. If you don't, you'll lose any money that's on the card."

Really gutted it landed in junk mail! I was hoping that BT might be able to help but seems unlikely 😞
