Hello, I got on email last night saying my reward card was on my way and it said there would be another email telling me how to redeem but the next emails contents were the same. Here is attached both emails.
Hi, @Jwadvyouth Welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I don't think there's anything to worry about. The follow-up email normally arrives a few days later, it will come from a company called Purecard as they issue the cards on behalf of BT.
If it hasn't arrived by Thursday post back here and we'll be happy to help.
