I’ve been receiving numerous emails & text to say I have a reward card to claim but when I log in there’s nothing there. What do o need to do please

Hi @Lknight, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.
When you log in does your BTID have the account number linked? If not Adding an account on My BT | BT Help
Does your BTID have more than 1 account linked to it?
If your still unable to claim the reward let us know and we'll be happy to help.
