Set up new package which included reward card. Have contacted rewards dept since beginning of January but no response plus no reward card,? What do I do?

Hi. I have tried claiming but wouldn't let me, have contacted rewards dept, did chat online & received text & email confirming reward had been claimed but still nothing. Package was live 19 nov 22.
