Set up new package which included reward card. Have contacted rewards dept since beginning of January but no response plus no reward card,? What do I do?

Hi. I have tried claiming but wouldn't let me, have contacted rewards dept, did chat online & received text & email confirming reward had been claimed but still nothing. Package was live 19 nov 22.

Hoping you can help. I finally received information re reward card and have tried going online to see card details as I want to use now. Trouble is I have tried signing jnto purecard but doesn't recognise any of my sign in details. How I wish it was not a virtual card!!

Hi, @Tabby1 Welcome back to the community. Did you follow the activation process when you received the emails from Purecard? There's a 3 month window to follow the activation process after receiving the email containing the reward card details.

Thank you for reply. Card was activated. I have eventually resolved it! I checked all emails & missed one that gave me info needed to access. At the time emails were flyjng around & I missed it! My fault!
Fingers crossed I can spend it now.
