I have spent many hours on the phone with BT over the last few months and get no where
below is what is in my app
Can you help at all as I refuse to call and be sent all over the place talking to everyone who works for BT because the person I am talking to doesn’t know what to do lol

As @RobbieMac mentioned previously all the rewards have been sent from this side so if there are any problems you need to contact the number I posted as they're the only team that can help.

Right let’s get this straight
i was supposed to be getting a reward card for entering a contract again
i have NOT had this to date
card services cannot help me because I have not had one issued !
again been passed around like no one cares
please provide me a number for complaints
Hi @BeepBeep1 I'm so sorry the reward card hasn't been issued yet, I've raised a complaint with the reward card team to chase this up as it should have been emailed to you already. I'll keep an eye on the complaint to make sure they get that sorted for you.

Been on to BT again today and it’s because of the orders not being closed or something but I should see something in the next couple of weeks
