I am sorry both yourself, and your friend, haven't received your rewards for signing up through the Refer a Friend offer.
When was your friends service activated? As per the terms of the offer, you need to be outside the 14 day cooling off period. You should both receive your rewards via email within 45 days of your Friend's broadband activation date.

We received an email from BT on 13/10/22 to say our friends account has been activated and we had successfully referred a friend. Bill's have been paid since.
We think the problem is the email address first used by our friend
