Reward card

I’ve claimed a reward card but I don’t actually have a reward card it says claimed but how do I find it pls

Welcome and thanks for your post!

Sorry for the confusion around receiving the reward card.  Once you claim for the card, you'll receive an email confirming this.  From there, you'll receive a follow on email with the card details and info on how to activate, and use.
