Reward Claim issue

Hello.

I recently received my BT broadband, it's up and running. I was promised a £50 BT rewards card. I have tried to claim but when I do the page goes blank. I also have two other old accounts showing. Can someone help please.

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry you haven't been able to claim your BT Reward Card. If you send me the details, I'll be able to claim that on your behalf and I can also remove those two old accounts.
