Rewards Card Not Showing

Hi,

When I signed up to BT Broadband a couple of months ago I was meant to receive a £100 rewards card but i haven't been sent any details since about how to claim it. I have an old account linked to my signin which may be confusing the issue.

Please let me know how to resolve this.

Hi @Tbingham1, it will be the old account that stopping you claiming the reward.
