We signed up to bt broadband mid Oct our switchover date was the 30th Oct. All is great apart from we've had texts and emails to claim our rewards card which is for £70 however when I click on the link and sign it is just says there are no rewards to claim and no reward has been claimed? Any help is much appreciated. Thank you

Sorry that you're having trouble claiming your reward.
Did you place your order on bt.com?
Were you previously a BT customer and are using the same BTID? If so can you change the account number from the drop down box?

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. No we have switched over from another supplier. Yes we went through bt whilst the rewards offer was on. There were 2 different tariffs one for 110 rewards voucher and one for 70, we went for the 70 as that one suited our needs better.
