Hi sorry if this is in the wrong part but I have seen several posts about the non arrival etc if the virtual rewards card
activated broadband back in December tv activated 31 dec so well outside the 14 day window
first email to claim card button wouldn’t work just took me to the front page of bt showing offers etc
phoned up lady had to activate it for me had email saying activated will hear from them and heard zilch
been told to email pure card which I have done but looking here seems they simply ignore you
any one had any success or will I be looking to progress things further even down a legal route ?

apparently system glitch 🤷♀️ all crossed can be sorted
