Rewards card

Hi sorry if this is in the wrong part but I have seen several posts about the non arrival etc if the virtual rewards card 

 

activated broadband back in December tv activated 31 dec so well outside the 14 day window 

 

first email to claim card button wouldn’t work just took me to the front page of bt showing offers etc 

 

phoned up lady had to activate it for me had email saying activated will hear from them and heard zilch 

 

been told to email pure card which I have done but looking here seems they simply ignore you 

 

any one had any success or will I be looking to progress things further even down a legal route ?

Select the 'message now' option on this link https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband to have a live chat with a billing guide, they'll get you sorted.

Thank you managed to get chat human rather than automated 

 

will send email he suggested plus have back up phone number 

 

apparently system glitch 🤷‍♀️ all crossed can be sorted

Sorry Keith major fail twice bus online chat and twice phone calls all failed to resolve the issue beginning to wish I had not changed to bt as customer service is jacking and as for the app well it ranks to me amongst the worst I have seen
