I paid my bill. My phone line came back on but my internet didn’t ? Why do I have to wait ! Is it not automated ? Now I need to use my useless 4g

Hi @SeanM1, welcome to the forum, and sorry your broadband was not reconnected as quickly as your phone line after the bill payment was made. Is your broadband connection now working again?
