Router failed to be delivered

Hi,

I ordered my broadband, but my moving date was pushed back. As a result, the router arrived at the house and was returned to the sender. I can see this in the tracking information, but I don't see an option online to have the router resent.

How can I get my router resent?

phone CS 03301234150 and request a new router or try billing 'message us'  https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
