Router

Hello, I’ve had a router from you for five years, and I have to keep resetting it constantly; it should be replaced with a new one—or perhaps an even newer model—because my internet keeps stalling.

Unfortunately, this is just a customer to customer help forum.  The only BT employees are the moderators and they don't necessarily read all posts and they don't have account access.  Your best bet is to phone customer support.

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. 

You will need to call BT 0330.1234.150 and report a fault if your BT hub is faulty.

Do not bet on getting an upgraded router, you will most likely get a replacement the same as the one you you have.
