A few days ago I received a message that my bill had not been paid, I used my details that I always use to log in and found information that everything was paid. Today my broadband stopped working, I checked the bank and there was indeed no payment. I logged in again and, although there was still no information about the arrears, I paid the money. Nothing happened, broadband still doesn't work. After checking everything, it turned out that the account I have on BT has a different number than the one I found in the first e-mail from BT. How is it possible that I have dealt with broadband issues several times using my BT account and no one has mentioned that the numbers are different? How can I have a different number using the same email address?
