Set up new account

Can anyone help me with this-

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve contacted BT over this matter and I’ve still no idea what’s happening… I finally had fibre internet installed a month ago but the digital voice has never worked, it says unable to make or receive calls. I rang again about it 2 weeks ago, but still my phone isn’t working and on top of that my account has been closed. Now I’m being asked to return my smart hub 2! I chatted to bt online yesterday and was told to ring up to set up a new account. I’ve tried several times today but there doesn’t seem to be an appropriate option to select when calling in. All I want is to have my landline working and to have an account which I can log into! I’m feeling really tired with the complete lack of communication from BT.
