Social Tariffs

Go to solution

I'm on a social tariff for broadband paying £15 a month.  Is there a faster social tariff I can switch to?  I want to start using a smart tv and don't think the speeds I'm currentlyon will support it.

Also my mobile is with BT and now EE and the signal has dropped awfully at home.  Is this usual?

This is the current packages available

The BT mobile uses the EE network so a switch to EE for mobile should not effect your mobile signal

Re: Social Tariffs

Hi there @AJ1305

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you would like to discuss the plan and see what options are available, please get in touch with our broadband guides they will be happy to help 🙂

If you're experiencing mobile signal issues, the Service Status Checker will show any problems in the area. If nothing is showing, you will have an option to report the problems you're having and be kept up to date via text or email.

Thanks.

Leanne.

@AJ1305 can i ask why you think the smart tv wouldn’t work well with your existing speed ?

Is the issue/concern the WiFi  speed in the room that the TV would reside  ?
