I’ve been trying to log into my account and keep getting the message “Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment”.
I’ve tried both the app and on desktop. I somehow managed to reset my password, flushed the cache on my mobile and desktop and waited over 2 days before trying to accessing my account again and it’s still the same result.
Ironically, when I clicked on the link to check available broadband packages in frustration when trying to find a way of contacting BT, miraculously my Broadband details were retrieved. So it’s in there somewhere.
There’s no appropriate option to speak to someone via 0330 123 4150. I can’t find an email address or chat bot and there’s not even an appropriate section on this forum. How can I get this issue resolved? Any ideas? Please 🙏

I'm sorry you're having trouble getting logged in to your online account. Are you a new customer or has this worked previously and then now you've stopped being able to access it?
