Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment

Hello, I hope somebody can help with the problem I've been having for some time. My contract with BT runs out in a few days and I want to start a new contract, but despite constantly logging out/logging in I still can't get any further than logging in. I can't access any part of my account leave alone find and sign up to the latest deals.

I've noticed that a moderator has assisted some people with this problem and I'd be very grateful for similar help.
