Hi all
Ive just received a email stating that BT will be removing my Game Pass sub as it may have been added fraudulently and that any payments would be refunded... It also says to phone BT if i have added it and want to keep it . I did add it and i do want to keep it. Ive just got off the phone to BT who quite frankly didnt seem to have a clue what is going on. The chap checked my account and confirmed Auto Renew is turned on so im at a loss as to what is happening. Any help greatly appreciated.
