Hi, does anyone know what special services tel no. 03004563569 Is used for? My landline has dialled it 8 times in Feb in 2 days. I’ve tried ringing it and it’s just electronic noise.

Not sure how outgoing calls would be generated though.

That would be the reason, those units normally make test calls to the  alarm monitoring centre, to check that they are working. Its normally only a small charge.

If the alarm is pressed, then that of course would generate a call.

@Cerith101 I called it there and got the same electronic noise and I would agree with @Keith_Beddoe that it's very likely to be your alarm calling the monitoring centre.
