Hi I'm having trouble with my mobile settings on one of the registered mobiles. £NAN is showing rather than any amount on the Spending cap and Roaming Data cap. There is a message advising the account is being updated and to try again in 30 mins. Not sure how long this message has been there but I became aware of it a number of days ago.
I'm presuming that this is some sort of IT error which would need to be rectified by BT?
I called 150 yesterday and they advised the account would be updated in a couple of hours, but it hasn't. Also is the only contact now by phone? I can't find the chat or an email address anywhere. Apologies if I have chosen the incorrect board. Thanks
