Hi broadband was activated 13.1. 23 all been fine however when logging into My BT I do not have a manage extras link to enable me to utilise parental controls. Also when selecting view my order I see a yellow banner message " Sorry your service is not up and running yet we have a dedicated team working on this." Yet my service activated on schedule. When clicking on my products section Im informed I do not have any products.
When can I expect my account in the My BT interface to to show my broadband and landline products and offer full function of interface in order to use parental controls.

I am sorry that you're having problems viewing & managing your extras in your BTID. It sounds like the order hasn't fully completed (even though your services were installed as planned).
