Still not had the 12 month ultimate pass subscription come through. Anyone got any ideas how to resolve? Thanks
Hi @sharonc81 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Have you claimed it in MyBT yet? You need to log in using a web browser, click on 'Your Products' then scroll down to the content partners section.

If I click on it it takes me to Xbox to subscribe for a month 😞
I renewed my contract, last time I had an email and got the code etc, but nothing this time round
