I decided to check my account as I had not received my usual "your bill is ready" email that should have come on the 24th to find that I'm supposedly £42.99 in credit and upon digging further it appears that two payments for £50 and £23 were made 6 days after the direct debit was taken.
There is no information regarding these payments apart from a "we received your payment" which I certainly didn't do since these payments would have put me in really hot water at the bank (and I will be going to my bank tomorrow to 100% verify that these payments didn't come from my account).
