I placed my order in April and despite several visits from open reach and chalk marks on the pavement the only bit that’s been done is from the house to the pavement.
the last visit was on the 2nd of June and nothing else since.
in the app it’s says the BT engineer will finish off on the 6th of June.
Its very frustrating ,why don’t Open reach communicate more

Because you are not their customer. BT Retail is Openreach's customer and you are BT Retail's customer so it up to BT to keep you informed.
