Switch to EE

Hi,

I'm trying to switch my broadband to EE as I believe they have the latest equipment, routers with wifi 6 etc but everytime I try on the website it gives the error below:

Sorry, something went wrong on our end

 

We’re working to fix this. Please try again later.

 

Tried calling BT and their customer service was clueless. Any one else had the same issue? Did you manage to resolve?
