I switch from BT to EE so they told me if I will take a new contract for 2 years I will not have to pay the final bill..and I recived a letter with final bill and they said automaticly will be delete the account from Bt and don't need to worrie..but I am very worried because they havn't done enythink yet and I received a EE bill to..can ypu please advice me what to do next..thank you very much.
switching from BT to EE you should not have to pay early termination charge you need to contact EE you can try BT 03301234150
