How do I back them up? Can those hard disks be removed/ can i hook it up to my laptop
@garybs29wrote:Yes 100%. You can't have tv without broadband so it stops too. If it's been mentioned before it must be issues with it not cancelling correctly
You are correct, you can not have TV without broadband but the contract does not get cancelled by OTS so you must cancel it other wise you will still be billed for it because the contract is still running even although you can not watch it.
So I rang them most they could knock off was £3. The chap was very nice but as a new customer I can get the same deal for £46.99 not £76.99 if I recontracted. He even said have been with them 9 years, no loyalty. Maybe theyll ring back ill give it a couple of days
well i switched this evening..£17 broadband versus £47.99 per month. I will double check when my new provider activates tv services etc that BT have cancelled but their email.says it does. I should also say I'm sorry to go but 9 years and absolutely no loyalty, and not even a decent haggle, they clearly didnt care.
No, they don't care about loyalty, but you'll find it's the same with all of them today so I would be prepared to move again in two years time. That's the way it is today, sadly. Good luck.
