I restarted my TNT monthly sports pass subscription 25/1/25 but still no card payment has been taken and the card has not changed , a payment is also due this February but still no transaction , is it best to call customer services

I would suggest that contacting customer care and they would I'm sure work out what is going on for you. This is customer to customer forum and the mods don't have access to account to check that out for you

Definitely not.
Customer service to be blunt are useless and nine times out of ten make the situation worse.
Only contact if absolutely necessary.
This problem has now been resolved , the full payment was taken on the months that were viewed . Hopefully normal payment will be taken till I cancell again which is after the football season.
