Technical problem message when attempting to change package

I'm trying to go ahead with a Fibre Halo 3 offer but after entering account details I just get this message - We have a technical problem, please call us on 0800 587 0248, Quoting reference [Update DN].

The phone number is constantly engaged. I've tried using different web browsers but still get the same message.

Any ideas what the problem is?
