@Marlean123  This is a customer to customer forum, there are no BT staff here with access to your account. Contact BT billing.

If you have been restricted in can take up to 24 hours for serviced to come back on - you can try turning off your hub for say 3 minutes and back on and this may jump start things. If it has been over 24 hours then I would call BT back to discuss
