Hi im hoping someone can help. I did my order through topcashback but when I log onto my bt account its saying I don't have an reward card offers.
I've been in touch with various departments only to be passed back to each other and no one can help.
Can someone please advise who I need to contact please regarding my reward card. My product has been live for over 3 months now.

I just want to clarify what you are seeking first so you get the right advice.
Are you querying why you haven't received the cash back from Topcashback?
Or when you were redirected to the BT website there was there an offer of a reward from BT on top of the cashback?

The top cashback has tracked which is all good.
When I took out the broadband with BT tere was a 100 pounds reward card on top. I have attached a screen shot of the attached offer which was through topcash back.

Yes that's still showing as pending just got to wait for the timescale. Its just the 100 reward card. When I log into my bt account its not showing as there is one.
