I got an email from BT saying now the 900 package is activated I can claim a year of free xbox game pass. It says go to my account and to "Content Partner section"
I've logged in and there is no content partner section, also I cant see the package on my account. This was an upgrade so the account was pre-existing. When I look at my products it shows an account number that is not associated with my account and I cant change it. When I go to billing I can see the right account in the drop down box.
I dont know if these 2 things are related but I suspect so. I cant see a way of removing the inactive account from my account.
Can anyone help?
